| Sorry, one more question: why are the HOA fees close to $400 for this place? This is not downtown, right? Do they have roofing issues? Flooding? Inquiring minds want to know! |

I am happy to help where I can. I have started to track the units that do not allow comments and started this thread as a result. I want to keep a better eye on the price changes and the units coming on and off the market with new listing dates and MLS #. For quite some time every unit seemed to not allow comments, but then recently there have been 3 or 4 that did - and I did not post them to here, maybe I should.
I do not know much about the complex. I have not seen any units in person, but there seems to be a lot of units for sale and many times not listed on the MLS. With so many units on the market, the prices can only go down. From reading many comments on SDL, Mission Valley does not seem to be high on many people's list. I think it could be a good investment area, prices are lower there and with the rail line and shopping it would making it convenient for many of the renters. But it is certainly "condoville" and a problem with traffic. |

There was a recent issue with redoing the roofing and a problem was discovered with the firewalls between units. I believe the work is still ongoing. There was a special assessment of around $8k last year and monthly dues have been going up up up.

On a semi-related note, does anyone know why there are NO comments for Mission Ridge Condos? It seems as though it is not even possible to start any conversation on that complex. They have 277 units, older, but decent looking. I was kind of curious about the place compared to River Colony...since I cannot comment there, I thought I would do so here. Any opinions? Thanks!
