| Took a few pictures, I would think they will be finished this building very soon. |

| This is a pretty good looking building, at least from the 5 going North. I rarely go south but did for Christmas, when coming back the view of this buidling looking west is pretty good, much nicer look than The Mills or the condo that's located between the two. |

| Anyone know if the building is officially complete yet? Have any units closed yet? Looks very close to me... |

| The sidewalks surrounding the building are open and some people have been moving in. The building is looking pretty good, nice pool and hot tub. I do think some of the studios are pretty small for the price. Also many unit don't have balcony's which is very bad in my view. |

| I think the building looks pretty good. But it's all relative. The price to quality ratio leaves a lot to be desired. |

I walked by a looking inside a few units, they do look a tad below budget. I also really dislike electric stoves. I love cooking and I won't buy a condo that doesn' t have gas.
The building is attractive from the outside though, nice addition to Cortez Hill. |

| Yes, the sidewalks are "open" - sort of - but the one on the 8th Ave. side is obstructed by 3 staircase railings that stick out into the public side walk for people to crash into if they're distracted talking to a companion or chatting on their cell phone. Aloft should be forced to remove them and build parallel to the building like they did on the 9th Ave. side. |

Aloft neighbhor,
Do you see a lot of people moving into the building? I drove by today and it still looks very quiet. The cafe (Twigs or "Soleil Luna") didn't look like it even had any customers. |

I walked by this weekend, you can still see appliances sitting around uninstalled in a number of units. My guess is that some people have moved in already but they were people that were needed to getting closed up and moved in so the developer finished their units first.
