So, unit #503 goes pending today at $299,000 MLS-086033581-575_6th_Ave_503_San_Diego_Ca_92101 Unit #603 gets listed on the market the same day at $300,000 #603 is superior being 1 floor up. Would you pay $1,000 extra for that? MLS-080046906-575_6th_Ave_603_San_Diego_Ca_92101 #503's buyer might want to reconsider his purchase. #303 closed earlier this year at $275,000. MLS-086019162-575_6th_Ave_303_San_Diego_CA_92101 I expect the studios at Alta to drop to $250,000 this fall/winter.

482 square feet for anywhere above $200k in this market? Wow. Who are these people? Who would ever even want to rent a shoe box like that, let alone buy it? If these don't drop to 125k by mid 2009, Brian will finally reveal his true identity as an out-of-work internet cafe junkie with waaaay too much time on his hands.
