| I'm seeing lights on at night in the upper units, the construction fence is down. Are people moving in now? |

| Anyone know why several MLS listings for ARIA were "removed" today? Is this another stupid requirement by the developer who does not want to "taint" his project by having 5,000 listings of the same project on the MLS?? |

I've seen that pattern before on new projects, it's usually not some evil agent shooting from the grassy nole but more commonly the listings were all entered on the same day and since I'm 99.99% sure it's against California law for a real estate sale contract to not have a fixed expiration date the listings expire and get removed. There is a good chance they'll be back in a few days.
I'm probably going to tour the building soon. I will say some of the angles on the outside are the best in the city. |

| The angle looking south from the City College area is just awesome. I don't think the design of this building is getting the credit it deserves. I have not seen the inside yet but have in in Alta which is a sibling and liked it a lot. |
