| Any Solara buyers on this forum? What incentives were negotiated. Seems like the seller is not willing to provide any incentives? |

| My impression is everything is negotiable. The best incentive is a lower price. |

| agree. solara need to lower their prices. Unfortunately it seems like they are unwilling. |

Anybody know how sales are going at Solara? I pass by almost every day and the sales office looks very quite . I'd swear the reps are talking to friends on the phone and playing Solitaire on the computer. Anyway, I took a tour about a year ago. Some of the units were kind of nice but they were waaaay tooooooo expensive and the HOA was ridiculously high. I don't play racquet ball so the fact that there is a court in the building didn't impress me. |
