Any Solara buyers on this forum? What incentives were negotiated. Seems like the seller is not willing to provide any incentives?

My impression is everything is negotiable. The best incentive is a lower price.

agree. solara need to lower their prices. Unfortunately it seems like they are unwilling.

Anybody know how sales are going at Solara? I pass by almost every day and the sales office looks very quite . I'd swear the reps are talking to friends on the phone and playing Solitaire on the computer.

Anyway, I took a tour about a year ago. Some of the units were kind of nice but they were waaaay tooooooo expensive and the HOA was ridiculously high. I don't play racquet ball so the fact that there is a court in the building didn't impress me.
