Downtown Rocks

This project actually looks pretty cool, it's a converted office building:

Also their phase 2 plan is a tower. I know the market is soft but I hope this one goes through.

Hope all the Downtown project go through. Then we'll have lots of choices when the time right.

Check out the floor plans on this project, there are some really nice layouts including the 1,000 square foot one bedroom with two parking spots. This is very unique for downtown.

I am very curious about pricing on this, hopefully it's priced to sell as I may be tempted buy here. Very nice part of the city as well since it's close to the park, Little Italy and the freeways.

I also wonder if the tower is built (they are talking about a Solara Tower as well) that the pool and other amenities will be shared between the loft and tower.

You have to wonder that since the condo market downtown is so soft that this project could go rental for a few years until the market improves
