So...

I went to Solara Lofts last night for a cocktail party and had a chance to look in a lot of the units. I can now verify that they have vented both the bathrooms, and the laundry closets.

Thanks for an update. I saw the units a while back and liked them, but the prices were way too high, and the location is no good in my opinion. Have they come down considerably on prices?

I have some friends that just did a demo on a bathroom that has no windows, and no venting (70s built). They pulled out some nasty black jelly that used to be their framing! Didn't even know it was there until they pulled out the drywall... creepy.

yup, and I hear if you serve it at parties, it says to your guests that you're swanky... look for it at Solara's xmas party...
