| Does anyone know why individual sales don't show up on S Lookup for this property as they do with others? |

| Anyone buying into an older converted building with underground parking: check the vehicle height clearance for pulling into the garage. If you have a tall SUV or van, you may not have enough clearance. Solara Lofts clearance is 6'3" if I recall correctly. 350 W Ash has a similar restriction. I sure hope the sales office warns prospective buyers of this before they sign. |
