Just but bought in 9/2007 and taxes due in December for $1,174.47 are defaulted.
Now for lease on the MLS for $1,350/mo. MLS# 086011890. If the owners are not paying their taxes, would they also pocket the rent and not make any mortgage payment? A foreclosure, if it comes to that, will result in the eviction of the tenant. You really have to ask yourself such questions these days.
