| Did anybody see the Union Tribune concerning the Grand Opening Ceremony for this place. The developer claims to have spent over $325k on this party. Seems reasonable since they have sold about 37% of the units. There will be a dramatic drop in prices when the bank takes this building back. |

Came to that figure based upon the UT article saying 90 units sold out of 244. See for yourself.

Most of the condo projects opening this year not including Electra are 25-50% sold at opening. |
