So as of June 30 they are back up to the lowest range being $478. How are purchasers holding out. This is an impressive 3rd floor unit.
Anyone know how much these REALTORS(R) (market experts) owe on this unit? They are quite proud to point out it is not a short sale or foreclosure yet.
