There has to be more to this story. Perhaps they're trying to sell another unit nearby and are trying to make that one look like a good deal?

Interesting. The top unit had lower ceiling and odd roof lines. I actually like the lower units better.
I agree that there has to be more to the story because his unit was just bought in April of the year. It's not worth 1/2 million more 1 month later.

I wonder if the bank listed this unit based on the previous sales price. There is about 25% of the units in this building in foreclosure. The bedroom (loft) in this unit is not enclosed (ie do not have guests over). I would say at $500/sq ft the unit would be about $575.
