Brian,
Good Morning! I currently live in New Jersey and am planning on purchasing a home in the downtown area of San Diego after I retire in 2011. Preferrably the MARINA DISTRICT, if possible. I've been reading your comments in many of the listings regarding current and past transactions and I feel you may have a handle on the current temperature of the market as it exists today. What would you recommend as far as the best buildings to look into as my next home. I would like to know what "you" feel are the best places to live and what may be the next upcoming building that no one would think of or know of to buy into. Is there a property which is in it's early stages that will be completed within the next 2-3 years out? I read the articles on the CENTRE CITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT webpage as much as possible to keep upto date on "new and future" construction as well as the overall CCDP and it's progress. Please provide whatever comments or suggestions you may have on the downtown properties. As I stated before, I have read your comments and I truly feel you have been honest and straight forward with those you correspond with. I thank you and hope to speak with you soon. THANKS in advance for your input. Joe B. | | | | View this topic in the full forums to upload pictures and report abuse. |
