This unit is awful! It looks like a rental. Complete turn-off, despite the view. AV units really do not show well.

The water view is great! However, the unit would show better if properly "staged." But then again you're not buying the "bachelor pad" furniture are you?

Hmm, a AV 2/2 for $437K or this AV 1/1 for $429K? Choices.

These 2 guys need to talk to eachother and figure something out.
I guess over at AV a second bed and second bath is only worth $8,000.00
