the bs "foreclosure sanctuary" lawsuit is the last straw. I've had it with the media darling "poor homeowners" suffering from predatory lending. It's time that the responsible, tax-paying citizens of this country who put their lives on hold during the past 5 or so years had their voices heard. I, alone, or as a class action law-suit will also blame the banks for making it virtually impossible to afford to buy property because of artificially inflated values as a result of predatory lending standards. Anyone an attorney or know of one who wants to engage in such a legal adventure? |

QT - I'm all for it. Great idea. Heck. Dont' stop there. Sue the government as taxpayers opposing all the bailouts. Let's make it a Boston Tea Party !
We can get all the renters in on this class action against banks. Sign me up!

| I hope the sleeping tigers don't wake up and realize that America has perpetrated a fraud. They keep sending us toyotas and we keep sending them a piece of paper. toyota-paper. toyota-paper. Toyota for paper. Who said there is no such thing as a free lunch???? |

The government, state or federal, does not guarantee its citizens the ability to afford a particular type of house in a desired location. Neither do banks. Your proposed lawsuit is absurd.
But please keep us posted on your progress. There are hundreds of plaintiff's attorneys in San Diego who file unmeritorious claims every day and you very well may find one who buys into your idea. |

| SJ - the majority of lawsuits are absurd, thus I am beginning to think absurdity is indeed a basis for a lawsuit. Aguirre's lawsuit takes the cake for the week but perhaps a suit like this can actually trump his? |
