This website attempts to forecast future financial market trends. 30 Year Mortgage Interest Rate Forecast http://www.forecasts.org/fha.htm Has anyone else followed this site over the years and have an opinion on its past accuracy?

I've never seen the site before, but as I'm looking to buy something in the next 6 months, I must say, I LIKE IT! :-)

You'd get insanely rich in no time if you could really forecast future movements of interest rates and exchange rates with enough accuracy. If I could do it, I surely wouldn't bother publishing my results for the whole world to see. I'd quietly make trades on margin here and there and enjoy my 1000% returns.
