Back house is above garages & has great 270 degree views. Basically the entire property has been remodeled & upgraded - granite, travertine, crown molding, etc. Etc. Etc. Nice! This low price includes both Listing Price Changes Price Reduced: 08/29/2008 from $580,000 to $573,330 Price Reduced: 08/22/2008 from $599,990 to $580,000 This was an excellent deal, IMO. Jpinpb, this place is OK, nothing special. The front unit is a small 2br house (original). The other unit is a 1BR built on top of the garage. It was foreclosed a few months ago.
I doubt you could get more than $2500 a month in rent combined, so it's still overpriced as a rental.
If you're interested, take a look at 2146 Oliver, it's next door, for sale, and has more units. Not on MLS yet either. |
