Check it out at Piggington.com. Comments to March sales rodeo. I guess that must be good for downtown condos. Condo ppsf up 6.2% in March. You should expect som volatility to both the downside and upside in the stats since we all know we are bouncing along a bottom. Hold on to your hats for the imminent spring bounce.

By the way, if this trend continues for a year the condo prices will have gained over 75% in value!!!!! Happy days are here again. I can extrapolate meaningless data almost as well as a cpa.
