How about a running tally of monster price drops? In order to qualify a property has to have dropped more than 50% from peak. ---- Look at this monster loss. $483,333 down to $104,900 78% Drop. http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-086018707-540_65th_St_201_San_Diego_CA_92114

50% drops from the peak in San Diego county are rare for single-family homes. How about 40% drops for single-family homes?
