I could not agree more.

I will do Brian a favor and post a reply on his behalf. He should have to always be the one to point out the obvious.

If you follow the Cochlear principal of real estate, and cross reference it to the Tom Seaver Curve, you find that vector, not scalar, attributes are clearly indicating a definate trend in housing values. As evidenced by the chart below, the real estate market clearly has more room to fall.
