| Now the name seems to be SETAI-- same as very expensive hotels in Asia and Florida, etc. But how can they open by Christmas of 08, since they seem to be far away from completion. Are they actively working on it currently? |

| Does anyone know how many units did not close at Hard Rock? They are starting to fill up the MLS. I know someone on this thread said they were resales, but that does not seem likely since many of the listings are from academy or prudential and no other company. Can anyone comment if the people who failed to close lost their full 20% deposit ~100K? Ouch!! |
