My foreign student friends rented here when they went to UCSD. This place is not worth anything but low cost student rental.
Students living many to a unit will destroy the condos so they can't be anything but cheap rentals. |

| Brian- How much did they pay for rent? I am told this unit should go for about $1200/month. Vacancy rate should be very low. And the renters are quality people. At some point (read low purchase price) it should be a good investment, don't you agree? |
