| Oh, I love this comp killer!!! There are 3 or so other hosues on Catalina right now and each is gasping "Oh no!" with each price reduction. I think it will help make for a great buyer's fall season.... |

| This is a busy street, but still, in such a quick time, down to 2003 prices, and you know, prices don't come down along the coast. Imagine what it will be like in a year. This waiting game is fun. |
