Here is a closing at Discovery that's less than the unit sold for in late 2003.

That confirms to me that we are now firmly at 2003 prices.

I expect 2002 prices in short order.

Keep in mind that self financing/carry overs of 10-20% are becoming more popular for investors trying to get rid of property.

What does seller carry have anything to do with the closing price of a property?
