2752 Villas Way is listed under two MLS entries: MLS#: 081021493 - it is listed as a house MLS#: 081024259 - listed as a condo Can the agents do this? Can a property be a single detached and a condo at the same time and be listed under two mls entries? |

| If intentional that's shady. Catches more searches this way. |

I see this is La Jolla in the various gated communities fairly often. (Emerald Cove, El Dorado, etc) I often wonder when the place does sell, does it get counted as two sales by companies like DataQuick, or are they sharp enough to filter out the duplicate.

Have you ever seen the 'houses' on Villas Way? Really hard to tell if they're condos or sfh's. Great location but they sure are packed tightly together.

jakob - It is intentional because the agent is updating both listings with the same information
78TTop - I've never been inside Escala but the pictures look nice. I know there are some townhomes that don't have another unit side by side but they tend to be more expensive. |

shady. Both listings have been around 100+ days. It's not an accident.
Also, I don't consider:
Master Bedroom: 13x12 Bed 2: 11x12
as having "two master suites." That's a stretch at best. My old condo had a "master suite" that was 18x23, and it had a nice sized balcony. |

| Those listings are by "Peggy and Angela", two agents who work together. Every one of their listings is overpriced and sits on the market forever. I don't know how they make any money. |
