Somebody tell the owner and realtor of this property: we have a subprime mess, tightening of credit, defaults, foreclosures. They bought it in 2003 for $310k and now they think they can sell it for $600k. Too funny.

JP - they can't hear you for the roar of the cars and trucks rumbling by...

Incredibly delusional. No wonder Chalcedony sold for 600k. They had 2xs+ the size lot and wasn't sitting on the busiest street in PB. Not even a garage. What a joke. Maybe they took a HELOC and can't reduce. Maybe the bank will be selling it. Anyone buying this place is on a mission to lose money.

Yeah I've lived on Ingraham. If I tried to open my window in the morning it became obvious that sleep was out of the question. Or trying to open windows during the summer and watch TV at the same time? Forget about it. Noise is a major concern.

Maybe in January at this price. 9 months later it emerges for sale again. Prices are at 2003 levels according to the U.T.

4102 Ingraham is scheduled to go to foreclosure. Loan amount was 411k. Wonder what the bank will list it for.

Going on 11 months now. Reduced to 415K. We're going to do it the long, slow and painful way.

Still for rent. http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/apa/932694588.html

What a joke. They want you to pay first and last, or 60 days when you move in, yet they can kick you out at any time with 30 days notice.

And they need to come down. 2k is way too high for this kind of arrangement.
