| PPSF isn't too bad, but still over priced for where they are in my book. Should be somewhere in the mid to upper 9's I think to make sense.. |

| Looks like one of these closed for $ 1,180,000, think the address was 1167 oliver. Little bit higher than the upper $900,000, maybe your numbers are off. |
