"Value in the land." Lot seems pretty small, not full sized. Sapphire property sold for 715k. Closer to LJ, better area, bigger lot.

I saw this piece a few weeks ago when I toured the 2 condo unit next door to it. I'm not sure what happened to it because the developer of the townhomes I was looking at had a deal in place to buy this lot too. He already bought the lot directly behind this one.
