Wow. This house was listed at $995k and sold for $860k (this would have sold for $1.1M in 2007). Someone got a good deal!
(especially considering homes on Aspendell and Winding Ridge continue to sell close to $1M) |

| I'd say that many of the sales are like this, 2007 prices are long gone. When they come back is the question I'm looking for answers on. |
