okay, off-topic, but can someone clue me in on how to "attach" these "discussions" to the mls listings like it appears on most of the other topics posted? I tried posting this new topic with the address of a known current listing (because I assumed it would "automagically" attach). Is it because the title was in all caps?
Help, I feel dumb!

oh, YEAH! I figured it out on my own.... I'll post here it is for future generations:
On the MLS listing page, click the link at the top that says "View Sales History, Tax Assessment and Zoning"
On that page, at the bottom is a "Discussion" section with a textarea where you can do a "quick post".
Oh, this is going to be fun...
