Yet another market chaser...someone needs to tell the seller we are below 2004 prices, not above. Maybe he can't hear the news because of all the plane noise above his house. This will sit until it drops below $1m.

Jus incredibly beautiful place. But, yeah. This place has been on the market before, last year sometime. I think it was listed for much more. Still priced too high. Not in today's market. Another sleeper. Maybe send him some coffee so he can wake up.
