Still trying to flip this place. When I saw it in 2006 the home was outdated with old, cheap materials. Now it is updated with new cheap materials. I understand a RE agent son bought the place to flip. Poor fool, it’s like a pig with lipstick on it. The driveway is horrible and the cedar shingle exterior looks like it could be a fire trap.
