Seems like the first part of that statement could apply to both the asking price and the person who came up with the asking price. I realize it is technically WindanSea, but I think around $175K is a little more realistic for the current market. $298K (and settle for less) may have flown in 2004, but I think someone needs to splash a little cold water on their face and take a hard look at the market. Granted, it was "recently remodeled", but how much can you really do with 364 square feet?
