Some questions and food for thought/discussion: 1. Has anyone lived in Villa Tuscana in La Jolla, and if so, what did/do you think of it? 2. What do the 1/1s and 2/2s usually rent for? 3. Is there a website to view the various floor plans? 4. Is there a list of the last six months of sales for this complex (I can only find two recent sales over the past 3 months) ? The 1,000 sq. ft. 2/2 units seem way overpriced at $340k considering Lucera's similarly sized 2/2s are going for $240k with better views & more open space! I'd love to hear the thoughts & feedback from others- |

| It was always the second lowest valued rental in that neighborhood. Then they remodeled them and it seems like a good value for what the units look like now. It's a great complex for a grad student and very convenient. |

If you go to green fan dot com, but instead of green type the color that starts w/r and then for fan, replace the a w/an i.
Does that make sense? If you type in the Via Alicante address, for example, you can select previous sales records. It'll go back for up to 3 years, depending on what you select.
This site does not allow other re links. |
