Trying to figure out how you put 25 million into an 8 million dollar property...must be a marketing ploy to be the highest price listing

Zillow says 5 beds, 6.0 baths, 7,590 sf - someone must have added a bunch of bathrooms.

Comp: 1585 Coast Walk - 4 beds, 5.0 baths, 6,059 sf - 7 million.
