Another "discovery" of Mr. Brightside's.

I see prices going back to 2002. I just see it.

Discovery #105 is also a townhouse and while listed for more it's the same basic floorplan, worse it's by the entry of the building so it's likely very noisy so #211 is probably a better deal.

It also has about a $100K loss from the last sale price.

the sold price of $470,000 or $409/sf is still high. Let's see how that holds up over time.

#105 is now $354/sf or $469,888. 164 DOM.
