ElPato- Good tracking on this. Made me smile. I'm not following the condos in that area. I should. It's a good indication of what's to come since the condos are the first to take the hits. I was really outraged when I saw condo conversions in Clairemont going for upwards to 400k. The people that bought were just plain idiots. People should have protested in front of the place instead of lining up parading to buy. | |
