I think it's safe to call this unit a "fixer upper". Seemingly good price, relatively speaking, but look at the photos.

I love second picture; a tore off shower head. Almost makes me feel sorry for the bank that now owns it.

Looks like the departing party ripped everything out before leaving.

Still to high in my view. It might cost $30,000 to put it back to normal. Add in the aggravation and time are we're right back to 2004 prices.

This place needs to sell for $150k.
