I actually think units at this complex are pretty nice and if you don't want any amenities and low HOA this is something to keep an eye on.

I agree this for the right price, this development is good value. Problem is we're still a long way from that point.

Thre aren't very many low HOA complexes downtown, even the new buildigns with no amenties are $500 per month.
