Gotta love that $749/month HOA fee! It's the equivalent to adding $100K to the price when compared to a home without HOA.

At 93 days on the market and the bank not approving a short sale yet, I suspect that the bank will foreclose on this unit.

It looks to me like this seller is playing chicken with the bank and they will end up losing the unit to foreclosure. The banks know that if they give in to one, they'll be inundated with requests for short sales.
