Very nice 1,162sf Park Loft unit basically back to its 2002 price. I'm sure the lawsuits in this building are a contributing factor.

What are the lawsuits at Parkloft all about?

Anonymous 10/3/2007 12:57:18 PMReply

For Parkloft, we're probably at 2001 prices since the posted 2002 prices were "amazing pre-construction" deals.

Here's good discussion on the mess at Park Loft. I don't know of any updates though. Can anyone provide insight on the latest?

Potiential Parkloft buyers better read the HOA financial statements carefully to make sure they have enough reserves so the homeowners don't get hit with a huge assessment.

Better wait until the lawsuit is resolved.

Off the market.

Did it recently close? Or will this unit become future must-sell inventory?

Looks like it closed 11/30/2007 for $470,000, or 2002 price when this place was selling brand new.

2002 pricing is my new price point.
