700k for Scaremont?!?! These people are so not in touch w/reality. El - What is it? Don't they have newspapers, internet access, radios, tvs? Are they living under a rock and they haven't heard about defaults, foreclosures, increasing inventory, tightening of credit? Such a joke. They bought at the peak. They can't reduce it. They're maxed out. Keep an eye on this. I expect to see this bank owned by the end of the year. Or maybe they'll get lucky and find a bigger fool to buy than him.

Down to 2004 levels. Not gonna do it. I've seen places in Clairemont for under 400k. But they can try to chase the market down. Lower it some more next month, except next month it will be worth even less.
