700k for Scaremont?!?! These people are so not in touch w/reality. El - What is it? Don't they have newspapers, internet access, radios, tvs? Are they living under a rock and they haven't heard about defaults, foreclosures, increasing inventory, tightening of credit? Such a joke. They bought at the peak. They can't reduce it. They're maxed out. Keep an eye on this. I expect to see this bank owned by the end of the year.
