I have to say, I used to love spiral staircases b/c they are unusual, but now I find them ominous. This one in particular is dizzying and scary. Also, bad feng shui.

The house is overdone, in bad taste and not even finished.

Confidence to build a house + confidence to borrow big bucks NOT EQUAL to ability to pay the debt and keep the house.
