Lower than 2005 price.

This building is intersting to watch to see how low it'll go. I think that eventually, prices will go lower than original 2002 nominal prices. Let's see what the future has in store for us. I have time am willing to wait.

WHAT? So easy a caveman can do it? This is a 1 bedroom at the bottom of the building. It is asking 110% above its original asking prices. What are you talking about?

A number of the Discovery condos with second floor unit numbers are actually large townhouses. Since this has two baths, it probably has one upstairs for the bedroom and one downstairs, but that's pure speculation. At least they're asking less than what they paid in 2005.
