How can this not be fraud? I find it hard to believe someone with 3 million dollars would not have known better by Sep 2006.

Is this one of those - the bigger they are , the harder they fall. Volcanic lava working its way to the coast.

Hard to prove, since there are still places that are going for more than last sale, and spec houses to blow out.
Fall... Yup waiting for this one... Only asking 10 million more.
