Not surprisingly, last year's taxes in the amount of $5,479.27 are now defaulted. This year's taxes will be due on Dec 10.

Agreed. That seems way too cheap for this property. If there are no skeletons in the closet, bravo to the buyers. I find it a little hard to believe though. Great work on the pictures JP. This is a really interesting "sale." | |
