That's funny. The sold comp was 168 psf. This one was 277 psf. Now they raised the price to 296 psf. And there's a distress w/the foreclosure coming up a few doors down. How does that Supertramp song go again? Something dreamer.

Managed to stave off the foreclosure, but it's back on for 8-6

Makes no sense, since it sold. Maybe they got saved in time. Sold for 400k. The total outstanding was $510,822.00. The default was in Jan.
