Many problems with this house. The main one is water damange from a (still) leaking roof. It's really sad that whomever bought the home decided that he/she would try using a thousand dollar paint job to cover up the water stains. You can find pics of the home from the original listing in 2012 when it sold for 299k.
There are no electrical outlets on the 2nd story. If you climb to the top the roof is missing tiles and there is water damage and + active termite damage. Having a hot mop roof makes it hard to find the roof leak. When I looked at it a couple weeks ago, right after it rained, you could see water had made its way down to the ground floor living room. It cracked the paint on the ceiling by the fireplace and had discolored the paint as well.
This house needs to be lowered to 150 so you can afford to tear off the roof, see what's under, and rebuild correctly.
